Stock scanners — short lessons
What a scanner does, what a row means, and what it never promises.
Olympia publishes educational content for learning purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing here is investment advice.
Stock scanners

Signals & data
A scanner takes the thousands of stocks out there and runs the same rules over every one of them, every time — then shows you only the few that pass the filter. I don't have time to go through them one by one, so I built Olympia to score them.

Signals & data
Each row carries the model that found it, its cadence — hourly, daily, weekly or monthly bars — the tier, how far it's moved and today's price. What no model and no scanner does is pick your winner. There's no promise in trading, only research, plans and discipline.

Signals & data
By this point four numbers already exist: your R, your target, your stop and your share count. There's only one left. And Olympia doesn't hand you a single price for it — it draws a band, because a plan that needs one exact penny isn't a plan at all.

Signals & data
From the ledger — the latest win and the latest loss. The ATR column won't tell you who wins. It tells you how hard the ride punches, so size and room follow the breath. Every signal tracked to the finish, wins and losses both.
